Sally Pinhey is a highly accomplished botanical artist and ecologist holding numerous RHS Medals, a Masters degree, and prestigious fellowships. Published Author & Illustrator: She has illustrated five specialist books, including The Botanical Illustrators Handbook, Plants for Soil Regeneration, Pears, and Plums. Both The Botanical Illustrators Handbook and Natural Dyes (co-authored with Judy Hardman) were entirely written and illustrated by her.
Global Botanical Collections: Widely traveled, Sally has completed extensive, dedicated collections of ferns and wine grapes in New Zealand, wine grapes in France and Australia, and the vibrant fruits and flowers of the Mediterranean from her three years living in Italy.
Royal & Parliamentary Recognition: In 2003, her original work titled "Egdon Heath" was officially purchased by the House of Lords for its permanent collection. She regularly accepts commercial, publishing, and private commissions.
